This is the first Smart Club in the Third World.

I met Elphas Were at WFAD in Vienna 2016. He was very positive and became seriously interested in The Contract Concept. I have coached him by mail and chats and in late spring of 2017 he started a Smart Club for children in schools in Kakamega county.
